FUE: the harvesting stage
FUE involves removing individual follicular units from a donor area. Existing follicles are redistributed rather than creating a new supply. Preserving the donor area matters in planning.
DHI: an implantation approach
DHI commonly refers to placement using implanter pens. Follicles harvested with FUE may be placed with an implanter. The two terms are not directly equivalent alternatives.
What does sapphire mean?
Sapphire describes the material of an instrument used to create recipient sites. The name of a tool alone does not establish suitability or determine a result.
Thinking about a personal plan
Discuss the distribution of hair loss, donor capacity, hairline expectations and potential future changes. Ask why a particular approach is being suggested and what its limitations are.
This is an educational overview. Your individual service scope and proposed approach at Haircapilla must be clarified separately during your consultation.
